· Description: SJ601 is a special alkaline sintering flux for welding stainless steel and high-alloy heat-resistant steel. The basicity is about 1.8. It is gray-white round particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). DC power source welding, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode, the weld metal is pure, and the content of harmful elements is low. When welding stainless steel, there is almost no carbon increase, and it has the characteristics of less chromium loss. It is especially suitable for welding low-carbon and ultra-low-carbon stainless steel. The welded joint has good resistance to intergranular corrosion.
· Application: With suitable welding wires, such as H0Cr21Ni10, H00Cr21Ni10, H00Cr19Ni12Mo2, etc., it can weld stainless steel and high-alloy heat-resistant steel and other important structures.

· Precautions:
1. Bake at 300 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ for 2h before welding.
2. The rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed at the welding place.
