· Description: SJ201 is an aluminum-alkali type sintered flux. It is dark gray round particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). In DC welding, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode. The maximum welding current is 700A, the arc is stable, the formation is beautiful, the slag removal is excellent, and the weld metal has high impact toughness.
· Application: With H08MnA, H10Mn2, H08MnMoA and other welding wires, it can weld a variety of low-alloy steel structures, and is especially suitable for welding thick plates with narrow grooves and narrow gaps.
· Mechanical properties of deposited metal (according to GB / T12470-2003, F48A4-H10Mn2).

· Precautions:
1. Bake at 300 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ for 2h before welding.
2. The rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed at the welding place.
