ZT · SJ602 (for electrodeposited slag surfacing)

· Description: SJ602 is a sintered flux for electrodeposited slag surfacing welding. It is a fine powder particle. It uses flat DC power supply for surfacing. The process of electroslag welding is stable, the slag is removed quickly, the bead is formed beautifully, and the overlap between the bead. The fusion is good, and it has the characteristics of less chromium burning and no carbon increase.

· Application: It is suitable for electroslag surfacing welding of 30-75mm wide welding tape. With suitable welding strips (such as H00Cr24Ni12, H00Cr20Ni10Nb, H00Cr19Ni12Mo2, etc.), it can be used for the surfacing of corrosion-resistant stainless steel such as nuclear vessels, hydrogenation reactors and pressure vessels, and it can also be used for wire electrode surfacing.

· Precautions:

1. Bake at 300 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ for 2h before welding.

2. The rust, oil, moisture and other impurities must be removed at the welding place.
