ZT · SJ601 (alkaline)
· Description: SJ608 is a highly alkaline sintered flux for welding austenitic stainless steel. It is off-white particles with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It adopts DC power supply, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode, the arc is stable, the slag removal is easy, the welding seam is beautifully formed, and it is also suitable for welding of titanium and special stainless steel.
· Application: With austenitic stainless steel welding wire, such as H0Cr21Nil0, H0Cr21Nil0Ti, etc., it can weld austenitic stainless steel and corresponding low-temperature marine structures and corresponding acid-resistant stainless steel structures.

· Precautions:
1. Bake at 300 ℃ ~ 350 ℃ for 2h before welding.
